Ferns' Fittest Family
SUNDAY AUGUST 6 - STARTS AT 1 p.m.
This August Bank Holiday will mark the first ever Ferns' Fittest Family competition, which will be held in club grounds from 1 p.m. on Sunday August 6th.
We will have more than 20 teams of 3 battling it out on the day over our unique obstacle course, racing against the clock- and each other.
All the teams contain at least one female and one person over 40, and all competitors are over 16 years. And of course, as the name suggests, they will all be from the same family (or at least in some way connected!).
As well as training for the big day, our teams have also been busy fundraising, as all proceeds go towards our current development project.
It promises to be a great day of free entertainment, as apart from main event, there will also be underage events for kids of all ages on the day.
So come along and have the craic, grab a burger and cheer all the competitors on!
